In the beginning, our dream was simple: to build a small business that allowed us to share more quality time with the ones we love—our spouses, children, and parents. From those family roots grew a shared mission: to serve as proud ambassadors of Mexico, its people, and its culture, using authentic recipes passed down through generations as our greatest asset. From Kitchens to the Streets In 2015, we decided to take our passion for local food out into the vibrant streets of Mexico, launching Juan More Taco Tours in Cabo San Lucas. Chef Enrique's class was the highlight of our trip! He picked us up at the Cruise Terminal in Puerto Rico. We went to the market and he explained the different fruits and vegetables. He gave us information on the meats, seafood and cooking, as well as spices. He took us to a tortilla factory and explained the process of making them. It was so uplifting to see everyone greet him with smiles and sunny welcomes. After shopping, we went to his beautiful home and met his wife and his cousin. He explained what he was doing, how the spices changed the dish and included us in the preparation of the dishes, ceviche, guacamole and chili rellenos. He made the BEST margaritas we have ever had. The food was delicious and beautiful. His wife was so kind and showed us how to make homemade tortillas. We enjoyed our time and wished it didn't have to end. Chef Enrique took us back to the Cruise Terminal since it was just the two of us. I would recommend this tour to anyone! I am sure it will be the highlight of your trip as well!
