This market tour and cooking class was spectacular! Chef Enrique imparted Mexican cultural information in combination with touring our small group through the market. He gave us many tips on what to look for when shopping for fresh fish and produce. The meal we prepared was great. We all got some hands on prep time. He was very entertaining while teaching and explaining the recipes. Lots of food. We helped make creamy blended Fruit Margaritas. The meal was very good.

Enrique did a fabulous job showing us around the market and teaching about local ingredients. From there we went to his home and prepared biarra tacos, 7 different salsas and guacamole, and made our own tortillas. Everything was delicious!

He taught us a lot about what to get at the market and how to select fresh seafood, the history of Mexican cuisine, and then how to cook a full three course meal that was absolutely delicious.
