-Monday: Barbecue and Quesabirrias
-Taco Tuesday: Steak, Pastor and Chorizo Tacos
-Wednesday: Chicken with Mole and Rice
-Thursday: Red and Green Tamales
-Friday: Cochinita Pibil

This was a family adventure and it did not disappoint! The food was amazing, and we learned to cook authentic cuisine. My older sons thought this was a great time. Alberto and his wonderful mother (Lily) were such a delight. I highly recommend!!
