Your journey begins at the vibrant local market, where Chef Enrique guides you through the colors, scents, and history of our native ingredients. From there, you’re invited into his home to uncover the magic of Mexico firsthand. In an intimate, small-group setting, you’ll master iconic dishes like Mole, Birria, and Tacos using traditional techniques passed down through generations. You’ll leave not just with new culinary skills, but as a part of our family.

 

Daily Menu

  • Monday: Taco feast: Street style Pork Tacos (Pibil or al Pastor), Tortillas, Salsas and Guacamole.
  • Tuesday: Chocolate Mole, Mexican rice and Poblano cream soup, all from scratch (grandma’s recipes)
  • Wednesday: Sea Food and Fish day: Ceviche, Mexican Style Shrimp, Octopus or Fish Bbq, Tortillas and Guacamole.
  • Thursday: Tamales and Chiles Rellenos, Salsas, Guacamole and Tortillas
  • Friday: The Best of Jalisco: Birria in Adobo sauce, Sopes with Guacamole, Salsas and Home made Tortillas.

Please Note: We can easily customize and accommodate our menu to vegans, vegetarians, gluten free, dairy free, etc.

In all classes you will learn how to make tortillas and different salsas, and also one or two side dishes and guacamole.
